Meet Monique Bridges

With more than 10 years of experience in education, Monique Bridges is passionate about creating learning environments where every student feels seen, supported, and challenged to reach their full potential. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, she has dedicated her career to helping students build confidence, develop a love of learning, and recognize their unique strengths.

Monique joined Primer because she believes school should inspire curiosity and empower students to discover what they are capable of achieving. She is especially motivated by the opportunity to create meaningful relationships with students and help them grow both academically and personally.

Her approach to education is deeply personal. Monique strives to be the educator she didn't have growing up—someone who believes in every student's potential and reminds them that their possibilities are greater than their circumstances. She hopes every student leaves her classroom with the confidence to pursue their goals and the belief that they can achieve more than they ever imagined.
