Meet Erin Kleine

With 14 years of experience in education, Erin Kleine has dedicated her career to helping young learners build strong literacy skills and develop a love of learning. A graduate of Concordia University Texas, she has served as both a reading interventionist and literacy consultant, experiences that reinforced her belief that every child learns differently and deserves instruction tailored to their individual needs.
That student-centered philosophy is what brought Erin to Primer. She was drawn to the school's personalized learning model, particularly the grade-level bands that allow students to learn at the pace and level that's right for them. She also values Primer's Pursuit Projects, which give students the opportunity to explore their interests, build confidence, and take ownership of their learning.
As Campus Leader and K–2 Primer Leader, Erin is passionate about creating an environment where every student feels seen, supported, and capable of success. She believes that when educators meet students where they are, celebrate their progress, and foster curiosity, children gain not only strong academic skills but also the confidence to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
