Recognized as an innovative school leader, Ann has been an educator in both the public and private sectors for over 20 years in NYC and now Miami after relocating in 2022. She is well versed in school operations having served as a Principal and Administrator. She prides herself on being a certified running coach/personal trainer and loves cooking.
Julieta Rakover

Julieta is a TFA alumna with a dynamic background as a Lead 4th Grade ESOL Teacher and as the co-founder and manager of an after-school program. Fueled by creativity, empathy and a passion for innovation, she is dedicated to transforming education and addressing the diverse needs of her students. When not working, Julieta embraces new experiences through hobbies such as soccer, yoga, traveling, and continually seeking inspiration for her next creative endeavor.

Our Microschools focus on small-group, student-centered learning, ensuring that every Primer kid gets the support they need and learns to work collaboratively. Each campus has a unique community where families can feel connected to their child's educational journey.
What is the tuition at Primer?
Primer is committed to making an exceptional education accessible to every family. Our out of pocket tuition operates on a flexible sliding scale, tailored to meet the unique financial situations of every family.
Are there scholarships available?
We provide generous financial support and resources so that an education at Primer is within reach. We'll help you secure state scholarships and have additional scholarships available through The Primer Foundation for families who qualify.
Is Primer right for my family?
The three commitments we make to  every family are that we take kids seriously, we make math and literacy are the cornerstones of learning, and we give students the resources, structure, and space to pursue their interests.
